Place of employment: Berlin, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Dresden, Hamburg, Hanover, Munich
Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:
- Supporting the roll-out team regarding all administrative duties
- Administration of pool cars and location keys
- Organisation and support regarding the preparation of applications for location certificates at the Federal Network Agency and of the commissioning notes according to the 26th ordinance of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG)
- Preparation of acceptance certificates
- Preparation and filing of location documents
- Processing of material call-off orders
- Preparation of purchase orders and SAP orders
Required qualifications:
- Commercial/technical training
- Experience in the mobile communications sector
- Well structured way of working
- PC skills
